Sally made the entire process painless and easy! Best of all, she was able to place a blind that opens in a semicircular window -I had been looking for one for years. I would use Integrated Windows and Sally again in a heartbeat!!

I was looking for blinds for our new home and I came across Integrated Windows. We had some extra time, so we just stopped into the showroom and everyone from the very start was very helpful. Alex came out and we had a great discussion about some of the plans we have for the future of our home. We were able to get an appointment the next day and Sally was prompt and so helpful. Even when we went through and changed our minds several times on different fabrics. We opted to get all automated blinds and they were installed before promised. Jeremy was so helpful with getting the blinds installed and integrated with our home network and the Gateway to control everything.We have had a lot of experience over the years with different companies and this is hands down one of the best out there. There is nothing that they could have done better! I will passionately recommend this company to whomever I can. In this day and age it is so hard to find people doing business like this. From Alex to everyone involved we felt like we were part of their family and they treated us as such!If you are looking for window coverings “Integrated Windows” then you have found the place! We worked with Lynn for our blinds and she was the absolute best! She gave us different options for blinds but she heard what we were looking for and found exactly the look we wanted for our home and got it within our price point. I could not be happier with the look and quality of the blinds. Lynn was so nice to work with and Jeremy did a phenomenal job on the install. Entire house had blinds in an hour and a half. I would highly recommend this team to anyone and everyone!!

I had the pleasure of working with Integrated Windows to install Hunter Douglas shades in my home a few years ago. Before choosing Integrated windows, I talked to at least five other companies... I am so happy with the decision I made!Alex made the process so easy! I was provided several samples to choose from so that I could ensure I found the perfect color match. Alex even provided me with additional sample options when the first ones weren't quite what I was looking for. The differences between each tier/option/price point were clearly explained; in the end, I felt well informed and confident in my decisions for color and style. When it came time for measuring and installation, our installer showed up on time, was quick, and efficient. The new shades looked great!Unfortunately, a few months into our new shades, some of the shade handles started breaking. I reached out to Alex, and he immediately ordered replacements. My issue was fixed within 10 days of my reaching out to him, including shipping and installation time. Since the repair (which was a small manufacturing issue with Hunter Douglas, not the installer or installation process), I have had zero issues for the past three years. The shades have proven to be durable and reliable, and they still look great!I absolutely love my Hunter Douglas shades, and I will definitely use Integrated Windows again in the future. I cannot recommend this company enough!
