Lynn Bolton is a joy to work with. Her expertise and attention to detail made picking out our new blinds a breeze. Lynn listened to our needs and came up with a design for us. Throughout the process, Lynn was an excellent communicator and went above and beyond to guide us through the sometimes overwhelming process. Even after one covering didn't quite turn out how we expected, she worked together with us to make sure we were happy. And I can say, we are very happy! I'd definitely recommend Lynn at Integrated Windows to anyone looking to update their home, be it 100 years old like ours, or even brand new construction. Lynn went above and beyond, presenting us with a thoughtful gift after our first order was installed and offering us a returning customer discount when we finished the rest of our home blinds later. She and everyone at Integrated Windows were kind, efficient, and wonderful to work with! And costs were the same as Costco with much better quality. Would recommend them to anyone!
